Avocado Dip / Guacamole

3 avocados, peeled, seeded & coarsely mashed (should be slightly soft when buying)
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded & finely chopped.

Combine all the above, cover & chill.

Don't make too long before you will use it because it will turn dark.
