Beat 1 egg white & 1 tsp water until frothy.
Coat 1 lb pecans in the egg mixture
Mix 1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves.
Put dry mixture in paper bag, add a few of the egg coated nuts at a time & shake. Place nuts on buttered cookie sheet (single layer). Bake at 225 degrees 1 hr turn every 15 min.
