From my Grandma Trombley
6 C sliced carrots boil 3-5 minutes. Drain
1 large onion sliced
I green bell pepper sliced
1 can tomato soup
Heat together:
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C oil
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard.
Pour over vegetables, add tomato soup & mix well. Let stand 24 hours.
