Mashed Potatoes

 5 lb potatoes
2 x 12 oz cans of Evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
Dried parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

     Clean the potatoes (peeling optional, I don't), dice in to ~1 in sized pieces, place into water and boil until a fork pierce into the potato with little resistance.  Drain the water or move potatoes to a new bowl, and the other ingredients and mash.
