Rooster Rice

From my good friend Tom Loegel

3/4 Cup rice
3/4-1.25 Cup water
1 - 2 modest squats Huy Fong Sriracha (aka rooster sauce).
1 egg (optional)

Combine rice, water and rooster sauce in pot or rice cooker, give a quick mix.  Add egg, don't mix!  Cook rice as usual.
