Pseudo Pad Thai

1 pack Ramen noodles
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup frozen vegetables (I use peas and carrots)

ground red pepper
black pepper
1 spoon full peanut butter
soy sauce

Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan and add Ramen flavor packet, black pepper and generous amounts of ground red pepper to taste.
Add vegetables and cook according to directions.
3 minutes before the vegetables should be done add noodles.
Bring to a boil.
About 2 1/2 minutes after adding the noodles add the egg while stirring.
Once the egg is cooked, drain off liquid, then mix in the peanut butter and soy sauce.
